COVID-19 Information for Pet Owners

March 18, 2020 — We are implementing strategies in our office to limit exposure for the safety of our staff as well as our clients who are at high risk due to COVID-19.

Please knock and have a seat on the porch.

Please read the following and feel free to call our office if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Until further notice please plan to check your pet in at the door/ front porch or in the Room 5. We will have a receptionist and a technician stationed nearby at the door to receive your pet.
  • We may ask you to wait on our porch or in your car. We will then take your pet to an exam room to see the doctor, and we plan to have your pet exit the way they came in. We can call you with any questions we may have after the exam or speak to you outside 6 feet apart. Our goal is to process financial transactions over the phone or by your technician.
  • If you need medication refills, please call our office. We can have the medication filled and ready, we can also take payment over the phone. Pick-up will be available at our back-side porch located near the handicap sign in the parking lot. There is a client drop box which will contain your products with your name on it.
