ULTRASOUND ACCESS fOR PETS
Prior to determining if surgery is necessary, we may recommend an ultrasound for your pet to identify any issues or abnormalities. We have a trusted radiologist outside of our practice who helps our clients on a regular basis. As part of her work, she brings her ultrasound to Sun Dog Cat Moon so you and your pet can remain comfortably in our practice.

Although we try to keep pets comfortable, we recognize that visiting the veterinarian can be an overwhelming process. In the even that we need to take a deeper look to diagnose a pet’s illness, we might use our in-house digital X-ray.
As a whole, digital X-rays have many benefits, including:
- Higher-quality images than a traditional X-ray and faster processing ability
- Shorter (and as a result) easier process for pets
- And more
X-rays allow us to diagnose foreign bodies, broken bones, arthritis, hip dysplasia, and more.
