Patient Arrival
To ensure a safe and stress-free experience for everyone, we kindly ask for your assistance in keeping your pet secure and by your side during your visit. Our clinic operates in a small space, so following these guidelines helps us maintain a comfortable environment for all our patients and clients:
- When you arrive, please call the clinic and press #1 to check in for your appointment. If your exam room is not ready, we ask that you stay in your car with your phone accessible until we notify you to come inside.
- All dogs must be on a leash
- All cats should be in an appropriate cat carrier

Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Occasionally, unforeseen emergencies may cause delays in our schedule. If this happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and appreciate your patience and understanding. To help us stay on schedule, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Here are our appointment policies:
- Late arrival of 15+ minutes may require us to reschedule your visit.
- A minimum of 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24-hour notice is given, we will require a prepayment of the exam fee when rebooking.
- Missed appointments without notice (no-call/no-show) will require prepayment of the exam fee when rebooking. This fee will be applied to your invoice but forfeited if the appointment is missed again.
